General conditions for all cruises
The transporting of passengers is undertaken in accordance with the rules concerning transport by boat, and the following regulations:
Navigation rules must be applied: the pilot is sole master on board. Children under 6 years old are transported free of charge on condition that they are accompanied by their parents and they do not occupy a seat. Children between the ages of 4 and 12 as well a groups of children under the age of 4 (kindergardens, schools, day-care centers, etc.) pay the established fare.

On lines 1, 2 and 3: During the period when the tarif agreements with the TPG are in application, children's fares are available for those between the ages of 6 and 16. Only those persons in possession of a valid ticket have access to the boats. after having been controled by the pilot. The boats are for transpotrting passengers. Push chairs and prams are accepted free of charge subject to available space and passenger security. They must be folded up. Tickets are only valid on the day they are emitted. Places on board being limited in number, groups should give advance warning.
Navigation may be interrupted and timetables modified for security reasons (bad weather, water level too hight under the bridge).
Standing is not allowed on board so that the pilot's visibility is not disturbed. Smoking is not allowed in board.

Tickets controls: passengers must keep their tickets throughout the journey and show them to the pilot or controler on request.
